Cancellation policy
As this is a tour with reserved seats, free cancellation is only possible within 14 days of purchase, if requested up to 72 hours before the date of use. After this period, no refunds will be given.
If you are unable to take the tour on the pre-scheduled date, you can request a change by email (info@bluecruises.pt) up to 72 hours before the date of use, which will be made without penalty, provided that the product is available and there are seats available.
Blue Cruises reserves the right, for safety reasons, to cancel trips due to weather changes.
If Blue Cruises needs to cancel the tour, a full refund of the purchase price will be given. To this end, the customer must request a refund by email (info@bluecruises.pt), providing the reservation/ticket reference number.

Travelling with pets
Small animals can be transported on our panoramic buses, trams, and boat, only inside carrier baskets, without occupying a seat.
Guided dogs are allowed and do not require a carrier basket.

Redemption Instructions
To activate your voucher, present it (printed or on your smartphone) at the Sul e Sueste Station – Terreiro do Paço, at Counter 3, 20 minutes before departure. You must keep your voucher until the end of the trip.
